Return Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the Cut2Fit bandage causes any reactions to your skin, a full refund may be issued for the used bandage.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@precisionbandage.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
